During the last weekend of November (28 – 29) the Institute for Studies of the Recent Past and the Maison des Sciences de l’Homme et de la Société (MSHS) organized the International conference “The Totalitarianisms of the 20th Century in Comparative Perspective“. Scholars from different nationalities, expertize and generations discussed issues related to the various utilization of the term totalitarianism and its application on newly emerging documents, facts and realities.
